We started Ember after years shooting for restaurants, hotels and food magazines. The work was beautiful — and impossible to repeat. Ember is the studio we wished existed: the same hand and the same eye, applied to every plate, every week.
Our story
First shoot together — a tiny natural-wine bar in Belleville. We charged €400. It took us three days.
Two of us joined a hotel group full-time. We saw the same brief, week after week, eat hours of skilled time.
Built an internal tool to repeat scenes. It changed how the team worked. Operators kept asking if they could license it.
Spun Ember out. Four founders, twelve venues, one promise: the studio you wished existed.
