Account information (name, email, venue), the images and scenes you upload, billing details handled by our payment processor, and basic usage logs (pages visited, features used) to keep the service running and improve it.
To provide the service, generate the images you request, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, account updates) and, where you have opted in, occasional product news. We do not sell your data, ever.
Your uploaded photos and scenes are stored encrypted at rest. They are used only to produce the outputs you request. They are never used to train generative models or shared with third parties for marketing.
We use Lovable Cloud (database, storage, functions), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (delivery) and Google Cloud (AI inference). A full list with regions is available on request.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ember.so. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We retain account data while your account is active, plus 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years where legally required.
