Ember Studio is operated by Ember Studio SAS, registered in Paris, France. References to "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ember Studio SAS. References to "you" refer to the account holder.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the published price. You can cancel at any time from settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
Photographs, scenes and brand assets you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and render your content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models or for any third-party purpose.
Images Ember generates from your inputs belong to you. You are free to use them across social, web, menus, delivery, press and print without attribution.
You may not use Ember to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit or harmful. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris.
