What we count

• Venues onboarded — distinct brands with at least a name on file.
• Shots delivered — generations that finished with a final image.
• Active subscriptions — Stripe subscriptions in status = active.
• Scenes saved — venue scenes (tables, bars, rooms) captured by users.

What we don't count

• Sign-ups without a brand attached.
• Test or sandbox subscriptions (filtered by Stripe status).
• Drafts, failed generations, or revisions.
• Views, clicks, scroll depth, or any vanity proxy.
